Theres an issue with pre patch save files which causes this on some missions, best you can do is start up a new save and play through the campaign there to get it

Still not working as of 28th Jan - Played through Sequence today but the level still isn’t updating so achievements are not popping. I keep coming back to this thread for updates but still an issue for now…

Does anyone else have the same problem with the spire tower mission? (where you fight the first time with the sub monitor) because when I play the mission the difficulty is not updated, in the same way that it is not updated in the sequence mission. If the same thing happens to someone in this other mission, please share it

Yeah, I have completed spire and the sequence multiple times on legendary, without fast travelling for anything. Both remain stuck on heroic, which was the first time I completed them.

I’ve run sequence so many times and never updates past first run level.
The TOWER just shows completed no level??? That can’t be normal…???
So all other levels / missions / Kill ops are Legendary except Sequence and Tower
February 13th update: I have done LASO in this game maybe 4 times now, under various means. I did it pre-coop and my save got bugged halfway through. I did it post-coop update by replaying every mission with the skulls. I started an entirely new save to play coop with a buddy and then got all the skulls in that save and replayed this mission… I have played the sequence mission 7 times, the most extensive run being no fast travel no save points, and even no deaths. I did this mission in coop laso with a buddy, and the game crashed when we tried to complete it… I think if you got the laso achievemnt you got extremely lucky. if the upcoming patch doesn’t fix this problem i’m giving up on it. Good luck everyone.

Did this last night. The sequence. It’s not updated I did it on heroic. Feb 18th
I’m getting this issue as well. Laso and normal. Both The Sequence and House of Reckoning are stuck at easy after hours of dying to complete them over and over.

Literally finished heroic 10 minutes ago. I did a sitting starting last night. And cause of the sequence I sat it out and played right to the end. As it says multi stages. So I didn’t risk it, I went straight through. And the house of reckoning registered for me. Just the sequence has not. Tried it twice. It’s not registered again.

Finished all the other missions on LASO, completed The Sequence today (4th March) and still shows I’ve only done it on herioc.
All the time I’ve wasted killing thise damn hunters
