A simple suggestion: I think there should be separate playlists for Big Team Slayer and Big Team Objective. This would solve the problem of people who want to play slayer and like to ignore objectives. I’m an objective player, and I love BTB. I feel this simple change would put people where they want to be, and we would have less quitting and people playing the gametype the way it is supposed to be played.
You know how people complain about matching full parties that statpad every five games? Splitting BTB into playlists is going to make that happen every other game.
You can’t just split a playlist that doesn’t even have a high population count to begin with and still expect to get evenly matched teams each match.
Umm You do realize they stat padders don’t want slayer they choose objective games to get kills on purpose.(because if people are going for the objective there easier kills.)
So splitting up the playlist would put all the stat padders in “BTB objective” so doesn’t really solve the issue of stat padders in Objective games.
As much as I sometimes don’t want Objective and only want to focus on killing, I don’t think this is a great idea. It would split the playlist’s population even further. Also, as the above post mentioned, you’d have people only going for kills in the objective playlist.

Yeah… unfortunately this is all too true. 
A good example to look at is BF3. Rush and Conquest are their own playlists and you still get people only focused on getting kills.
As much as I am for this because I’m not a fan of Big Team Objective (which seems to be what the playlist is already with all the objective games trumping slayer - in votes and for selection), separating them into their own playlists would probably hurt them more than good.

You should have played with FL00RCHEESE and I the other day, it almost seemed like all we played was Slayer in Big Team! I kinda liked it!
