These two guys were spamming the sentry turret on lightning flag in that top corner on simplex and my team still won the game by capping all flags!
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! People like that still suck so bad and I told him so. I wish we could give up gamertags, but just go to my recent lightning flag game. I did this for all of us that play with good conduct. Screw people like this who ruin the spirit of the game. Heck Yes! There is hope!

You call that good conduct? Man you’re making us all look bad at waypoint. Good conduct would have been to say GG and moved on to a new game without batting an eyelash.

People like this should be stopped, but you guys act like it’s acceptable behavior by saying “good game”. Some noob kid would probably quit halo 4 after experiencing a crappy game like that, but you want to allow it. Doesn’t make sense.
So it’s unfair play to earn an ordinance and position it well?

Using a sentry turret is a very viable tactic. It is literally what it was made for. And you are talking crap and bragging to us about this? You should’ve said good game and moved on. Maybe given them constructive criticism. You are not representing any good sportsmanship in any way.

obvious flamebait aggression aside, what you are basically asking for is people to adhere to some sense of honor (your sense of honor, no less) and not play a viable tactic?
that’s like telling people to stop camping or locking down power weapon ordnances. not happening. people will play as they see fit. doesn’t matter if they want to lag switch or to snipe on the rooftop camo aloft. if it isn’t against the rules (sometimes even if it is, like aforementioned lag switch) it’s gonna happen. grow up, or better yet do as you did before talking down to them, and adapt for the tactics. sentries aren’t infallible, even on LF.
and the other users are right, playing TAS with “professional” standards is unbecoming a recreational gametype. fiesta slayer is not serious. lightning flag is not serious, though i wish you could reclaim the flag like that in normal ctf. it is meant to be fun. if two guys wanna troll by setting up sentries, by all means they should.
on a side note, i got to see the hologram glitch for the first time in an LF game. someone used it and died immediately after, so it came out white. i called it the ghost of simplex.
