Do you think Sentinels and Sentinel beams will be in Halo 4?
It’d make sense since its a Forerunner planet but I have a strange feeling they won’t be in the game.
Edit: Halo CE-3 Sentinels, Constructors, and Enforcers.
I sure hope so. 343 shouldn’t focus solely on Promethean AIs. Bring them back.
It’s possible, but they may be very different from what we’re used to. Requiem is a shield world, not a Halo. What’s more, Requiem is unlike any shield world we’ve seen to date.
Technically, Watchers are a type of Sentinal. I do know that you mean the Sentinals from Halo ce,2,and 3. I do also hope that they return as a minor Forerunner based enemy before we encounter the Promethian AI enemies. I would also love it if the Sentinal Beam makes a triumphant return.
I really don’t know. Sentinels really act as defense and these Prometheans have weaponry designed to combat The Flood (But so do the Sentinels)
It’s definitely a possibility that’s for sure. But we’ll see.

I indeed did mean the CE-3 versions. The Sentinel beam would be nice to have back.

Depends on the Class of Sentinel. Some are for defense, others for mining resources, others for constructing artificial surfaces (like the ones seen on Halo rings).

Sentinels are good defense which makes for a good offense. Enforcers were there to wipe out large infestations single handed.
I do hope sentinels return as long as they’re not any more powefull then previous titles.
I’m also hoping that Enforcers returns as well, myself. Who cares if many Promethean AIs are being introduced? A few additional Forerunner enemies cannot hurt.

The Sentinels are like disgruntled cops. The Prometheans are like armed forces.
Sentinels would be a great addition to the story.

If they did most likely they would be of a different design then the ones we have seen on the halo’s.
If you read Onyx they were different.
and seeing as this is a mobile shield world it would have to be like those at Onyx.

Lol, I can imagine them in a situation where they are the law enforcement and Chief is the convict.
Sentinal: call in the SWAT Team (Enforcers)!
Sentinal2: He’s got a gun, call in the National Guard (Promethian AIs)!
I hope so, I kinda miss them. But with all the new doohickies and whatyamacallits that we have, I wont be too bummed out if they’re not in.
It would be cool to see Sentinels again. I also miss Enforcers. Those were awesome.

I honestly wish the Promethean AI looked more robotic. Maybe a bit more like sentinels.
