Do you think there will be Sentinel’s in Halo 4? Hopefully there will be.
Every forerunner installation that we have come across has them.
I’d say that’s a safe bet they will return.

I would’ve thought the Prometheans would look more like Sentinels lol, oh well.

Becoming a bit skeptical, I really do want them in, it’s just that extra enemy that just works.

Yes but the Promethean’s were also designed to battle the Flood and stop them invading Reqiuem so yeah.

That settles it, no sentinels in Halo 4, Sentinels are created on the RINGS to combat the flood, this is not on a ring, so unless we go to an installation then i guess no sentinels.
As much as I’d like them to return (and I really would), I don’t think they’ll be there. The Prometheans seem like enough, I don’t see why the Forerunners would feel the need to put Sentinels there too.

Wrong Read Ghosts of Onyx it has Sentinels and it was a shield world besides if you look at it I bet most of the super scales Forerunner buildings were made to by the basic sentinels that we have seen on the Rings.

Ah yeah, i didn’t really think that through, they’re in Halo wars aswell, on that shieldworld.

there were sentinels in halo wars too. it also took place on a shield world. that game is part of the halo saga too.
There were super sentinels, protector sentinels and aggressor sentinels in halo wars.
In halo 2 there were aggressor sentinels and enforcer sentinels, also constructor sentinels.
In halo Ghosts of onyx there were an unidentified sentinel variant.
In halo 4 there are watcher sentinels.
Yes, even though the Watched Sentinel is a variant of the Sentinels we know and love, I would definitely love to see the ones from Halo 1, 2 3 and Wars return in Halo 4 alongside the Sentinel Beam.

Watcher sentinels do not suffice for being a sentinel for me. I want the classic sentinels back. I don’t see Watchers shooting beams from their eyeballs and having that nostalgic shielding that flares up when getting shot at. They are missing sentinel light bulbs as well xD.

Yes but different kinds, the sentinels on Onyx weren’t the same kind that are on halos
I hope they are in but I wouldn’t be surprised if they weren’t.
I really hope they’re back. I loved fighting them.
