Probably been done, but I’ll cast my two cents. Please increase sensitivity options for Halo 5. I forgot how ridiculously slow Halo aiming is. Playing through ODST at the moment, and on 10, It is so inaccurate. I might literally have to take off my FPS freaks to play it.
Edit: And before anyone who says “Lower sensitivity is more accurate”, please realize there are people who are more dexterous than you. Additionally, muscle memory and longer thumbtack aid for smaller radian changes.

I’m all for added depth in the options menu; sensitivity included. My question for you is, if you find Halo’s controls to be naturally inaccurate…what would removing your fps freaks do to help? Isn’t the entire point of having fps freaks to gain more precise control?

Yes, at higher FPS it provides more precise controls. This is because smaller muscle movements will cause the reticule to shift more than otherwise at the same sensitivity. Ergo, aiming is limited to a player dexterity, thumb stick length, and physical sensitivity they code into the game. Limiting in-game sensitivity causes any additional skills in the two preceding categories to become superfluous if not detrimental. Due to the slow, unresponsive sensitivity Halo naturally has had, I have to really move my thumb to make the reticule move at all. Throws me off since every single game I play FPS or otherwise is at the highest sensitivity possible.
That all having been said, I feel like the Halo 5 Beta had a higher sensitivity than other Halos and I really enjoyed it. I just wish they would continue to add to the boundaries rather than limit players. I understand there are some* issues as higher sensitivity can cause disadvantages to other players who do not have as a high a sensitivity. This is the case in only a handful of situations and many Halo pros actually play at the lower end of the spectrum. Really depends on the player.
