Sensitivity really low

I have the sensitivity at max but its still insanely slow, any solutions?

plug a joypad in and goto controller settings ( i know it sounds mad). click on sensitivity and it will split into horizontal and vertical sensitivity. put them both to 10. turn acceleration down then make sure there is no inside and outside deadzone. god knows why the controller settings affect mouse but they do. hope that helps
