I need y’all’s help, I’m actually gonna hop into the Infinite flight! I finally have time and right after church imma play it. I wanna get straight to it so for a person that plays 5.5/5.5 sensitivity on MCC and 1.5/1.5 on H5, what would be the same on Infinite? For those who know, please let me know, would help a lot. Thanks
Nothing will feel right because the aiming system is currently inconsistent/unresponsive. It’s closer to Halo 5’s system but somehow more clunky than even that.

Really? Not even sum that’s close?

The only thing I can offer that will help you with is I have my sens in between my H5 and MCC. Mines roughly around 3.5 and 4.5 with a 5 look acceleration. I have noticed that increasing my inner deadzone to around 4% also really helped. Obviously having a 0% deadzone is the best but again it’s personal preference.
Id also recommend playing around with your individual ADS sensitivity settings. Start low and incrementally increase the amount as you go higher as having the 10x the same as a 3x will be way too slow in comparison. Hope this helps a little.
Just to add, find something comfortable and stick to it, muscle memory takes time to happen, and the more you play around with your settings the harder it’s going to be to start settling into that muscle memory.
Screen size has a huge impact on my sensitivity settings I’ve noticed with all halo games. I play mostly split screen which I set sensitivity higher. If I play solo fullscreen, I notice I have to set sensitivity way down to almost the lowest setting on 55 inch tv. Infinite feels like halo 5 and I’ve got my acceleration to the lowest and sensitivity at like 2. My aim is still a bit all over the place though. Seems pc players will have significant advantage over thumb sticks.

Alright thanks. I kinda don’t wanna mess up my sens cuz I still plan to play MCC and if H5’s still alive, I’ll play that.

If you’re playing with your field of view then H5 is going to feel wack. I went in between Infinite and MCC today unfettered in regards to sensitivity. H5 is a whole other kettle of fish though, and usually takes me a couple of games to get my aim back.

Dang ok, looks like I’ll have to do warm ups in between each switch.
I would start off with your halo 5 sens and go from there. I always play halo 5 with friends on Saturday so I went from infinite straight to that and my shot was fine.
Enjoy!
I had had play with deadzones before my sens started to feel slightly better. Currently on deadzone 15 inner and 5 outer I think. But as stated before the sens is inconsistent and will likely change imo with final product

It’s really only different if you change your FOV. At least that’s what I’ve found.
Sorry for the bad news baha.

All good lol, I figured it out after playing. I’m able to transfer games pretty smoothly, I somewhat matched similar sens.
I turn deadzone and aim acceleration all the way down and I like 5.5 or 6 for sensitivity.

To me max sensitivity seems too slow still so just try out different settings on weapon drills

Awesome! Glad you found your middle ground!
