Advice: If you want to get people to join your Company, you want to sell it. Your Company looks great, but that doesn’t matter much to recruiting if potential members aren’t interested enough to pull it up.
I would have more information on the kind of players you want, what you guys do, et ceterea.
This is just advice-your group is doing very well from what I see. But if you want a full Company you have to stand out in a crowd.
