No there is no way… and even online the only way to sell anything halo 5 req pack related is if you have a promotional code
Hopefully one day we will get a waypoint app that would have this functionality. But don’t hold your breath for it.

Your OP seems a bit confusing. Are you asking to sell back req cards here on Waypoint just like in game? Or are you asking but if we could sell req packs to each other online? The first suggestion seems like a neat idea, but the later seems like much more heated debate…
