Alright I understand that it would kind of ruin the “limited edition” aspect of the shirt if you just put it up in the shop for everyone, but what I think you should do is either:
Put it up in the shop and only people that have played 20+ games each week can purchase it.
OR
Everyone who has completed 20 games per week get’s an email with a secret link to purchase the shirt.
Why can’t they just keep it as a limited edition t-shirt?

It can still be limited edition. But I think all serious competitors should have the ability of obtain the shirt, considering not everyone is going to RTX, and I’m pretty sure they waited until after the RTX tickets sold out to release info on the tournament.
