After the beta, I posted a few times to advise 343 to go with selectable servers like Titanfall. I was so happy when they said these would be in the full game ,but with12 says before launch I haven’t heard anything else about this. Getting worried it won’t be there when I boot up on the 27th.

Would have to do some digging for the quote. But if you’re talking about the dedicated server location it will match you to one that is nearest to you
Already confirmed they decided not to go with Datacenter Selection. I personally wish they would have, as it would have allowed us full control on where and who we connect to.

Without selectable servers this game will be awful.
Hopefully their sever selection is good and keeps people within their regions.

They already said that you will be put on the server that has the best Ping for you, so you won’t get matched with people from the USA if you are not from there.
They probably did this to prevent people joining the wrong Datacentre, because that also makes the game less fun for the people playing these people.
If the auto selection is good this is ideal…
with server selection, people sometimes pick a server they shouldn’t , which screws with everyone else’s enjoyment…
