I’ve been messing around in offline bots mode to try and see if I can get bots wearing gear across cores, as I’ve seen some people mention that they do. so far I don’t think I’ve seen it but interestingly, I found a bot wearing the JFO helmet from reach on the mark 5, as well as a silver visor. I also found HAZOP with CBRN filters on a mark 5. I have seen gungnir twice now on mark 7 cores, so that may be proof they do, or proof that 343 is gonna put the gungnir on mark 7 along with/instead of mark 5, not sure as I haven’t seen it on mark 5.
the most interesting to me however is a mark 7 I’ve seen 3 times now that had what I thought was a mark 5 CE style helmet, but actually on closer inspection seems to be a slightly modified mark 4 helmet. I’ve always loved how the Spartans in the halo wars games look, so I am actually really excited to see them seemingly getting some armor put into infinite.

right? I just found a guy with the kukri security shoulder emile had, but on both shoulders. as well as a kukri on its chest armor. these bots are strapped bro

If so, that is the Mark V Zeta helmet which is indeed an upcoming Mark VII helmet, Though it does resemble the Mark IV a lot as well.
yeah thats it. it does really look like its somewhere in between mark 5 and 4.
343 did say they wanted to add cross core customisation, so maybe the bots are like a testing ground for that
Yeah, halopedia has a lot of the helmets not yet available in the Infinite armor permutations page. I assume they were found in the game code by someone. The GUNGNIR helmet is apparently an attachment for another helmet. Presumably many of them are gonna be a mix of either weekly challenge awards or bundles in the store.
