I’m seeing great improvement in matchmaking today except for slight lag and retrieving data, able to find matches in almost all playlists. Finally i’m able to find matches in Warzone Assault which never happened since i bought the game. Anyone noticed this change in Asia? This is good news. Thanks, 343

yes i m from India too, Today just randomly tried Halo 5 Multiplayer & was shocked myself, got matches super easy on all modes, excellent feeling to play the game today, got to say thank you to 343 & hope this remains like this

Well this is fantastic to hear/read! Hopefully this is widespread although you’d think Xbox/343i might want to let others know

No bro, that is the link to the blog post that refers to February “adjustments” that caused actually the “Unable to match (not enough players)” problem.
Since that day matchmaking was literally spoiled with impossibility to find games in off peak hours in certain playlists (or in all playlists at late night/early morning).
This is due to a combination of Region Lock and CSR-based matchmaking (and lots of server side flaws).
I am from Pakistan but haven’t played the game in 2 days but the servers were being laggy for me too here hopefully it is ok here now as well

any tried it now after the latest 4gb update? my frd who is from india too said the update made it worse, fingers crossed will update & report here soon.

Nothing’s changed, able to find matches in all playlists. Except for ‘High latency to the dedicated server’ Warning on every Playlist. But the lag is negligible.
matches come so easy now, thanks you 343 for thinking about gamers outside us/europe
Im in pakistan as well though my region is US and ever since this latest update I can barely find any matches. It keeps searching and then gives an error after 5 mins or so that there arent enough players in the playlist. Prior to the update it was all fine where I was able to find matches within 30-45 sec. Unless Im in a warzone party its barely working
