I haven’t been on the Waypoint forums in a while, but these last few days, I’ve been sneaking my way back in. I’ve noticed a lot of Halo 5 hate. I mean, a lot.
BUT, these posts are usually bombarded with people defending the game. And that’s fine and all… but remember that all the complaints are there because these players want the game to improve. They enjoy the game, but know it can become better.
So- I want to hear your guys’ feedback here… what do you want changed? And I can’t believe I have to even say this- but, be realistic. What are some things that you’d like added/changed in Halo 5: Guardians? And why?
Personally, more map rotation would be great. Some more Warzone maps in the next DLC?
Also, COLOR ADDITIONS! I miss sage. Would love to see it come back. I think I’ve said this in every post/reply I’ve made since I’ve returned.
One more thing, maybe have the armor organized? The stuff we have unlocked anyways. For some reason or another- I don’t like that my armors are laid out in a different way than my friends. If we could have the Recons next to the Recons and the Scouts by the Scouts? Makes sense to me.
In Matchmaking,
1.Radar- put it back to how it was in the beta or just remove it all together
2. Playlist- needs to have a variety of selections from br start playlists to slayer pro,action sack, team snipe, griftball…etc
3. Maps- like you said just more maps please, I’m sure there is more coming, not so bothered by this
4 Pregame stats- this is a personal issue I have but I’m sure others feel the same is being able to view the enemy teams stats so I know what I’m going up against. Also being able to see if they’re in a full fireteam and their ranking helps determine how I play the match.
Another good mode to have is a firefight/spartan ops mode for those who want a break from matchmaking and would rather play against the AI.

There’s other small stuff like medals, spawn time, weapon dps and power up spawn call outs I have problems with but the above were more outstanding issues I hope to see changed.
Drop RNG, burn the Req system, and make everything a definite unlock. Also get rid of Warzone, it’s a colossal failure, bring back Spartan Ops and Firefight.
