I see the connection! but you’d need to be a skilled team and properly coordinated to pull that off… all the same, I’d maybe try it on a smaller scale with 2 or 3 people. it would be good for defending an objective for a few seconds.

A that makes no sense, and how the Yoink is it AL.2 you cannot fire you move slower it can only stand 1 melee strike, grenades go under it, shot in the back and the sides, you can easily get an assassination, turning time is made alot more meaning you can only really look 1 way…

It’s still a a shield protecting you, just like armor lockup. it doesn’t matter if you can get shot from the sides, the thing even reflects bullets!(= new EMP blast) and it still is a shield you can toggle any time you want, and use as many times as you want. also, you can crouch so the grenades cannot go under it, which makes your argument invalid. and how can you easily get an assassination? they can put it away anytime they want, so do you really believe the players using the shield will just keep holding the button while you run behind them? Are you high?
also, even though equipment isn’t really a good thing either, bubble shield > Armor Lock & the H4 shield.

The bullets do not bounce back, unless you are using the Scattergun. You can throw the grenade to the side of the enemy if he’s crouched. On top of crouchiing with the shield up, he gets added protection, but he’ll move even slower, making it harder to escape a grenade blast.

Really? You can just through a sticky grenade right next to them. How do you know how quickly they can get in and out of the shield. There might be a short duration in between when you put the shield down and when you take your gun out.

You could do this… You could do that… You could… But but but… the shield guy could do this… and he could do that… That’s not an argument. also, you don’t always carry plasma grenades.

Just stop. All the reason that armor lock was hated for were removed so give up.
This is a shield that can be easily taken out, the user has NO offensive options, slower movement, no where near invincibility like AL, users are vulnerable to sides and back from virtually everything and you haven’t played the game you don’t know if it is possible to crouch while using this. Even if it was possible that fact is pretty much irrelevant.
All your arguments of why Hardlight-shield is like AL are invalid.
