How can I unlock security chest without bomb? I see it a lot of times but it don’t exist in the armory
You can get it via Halo Waypoint for Xbox 360 if the requirements have been met. The next time you go on Reach on either the Xb1 or 360 it will be unlocked

What Ali said. There is a section in the Halo Waypoint App on the 360 that have the CQB and Security helmets/armors. Each one has a set requirement that need to be met in order to unlock them…they usually consist of obtaining certain Achievements in the various Halo games as well as reaching certain Career Milestones, which are reached by getting a certain number of Halo Achievements.
