I just beacame a noble and bought the last attatchment for all the helments but the secret helmet still wont show up i think it has something to do with my recon helment when i got it for first buying the game it only gives me the base helment and one attachement it doesnt show me the other one can someone plz help me!!!

You had to pre-order Halo: Reach and get a bonus download code for it.
If you mean the helmet with the skull in it, you need to be an Inheritor (highest rank) and have all the helmets & attachments unlocked.
EDIT: You do not need the 3rd Recon attachment to get the Haunted Helmet.

I hate how some armoury items require pre ordering to obtain. THe legendary flames I can understand as well as the blue flames, but odd parts here and there like multi threat chest armour or the third recon piece, it pisses me off.

Same, same goes for grunt funeral, but I guess they want pre-orders.
I was fully expecting a GRD thread, thank god. Yea, it’s amazing people still don’t realize you have to be inheritor for the Haunted helmet.
