After a bit of searching, I did actually find something interesting and that is a lot of hidden medals in Halo 5 which hasn’t been revealed how to unlock them. I would be more than happy to know the exact unlock requirements for each medal in this screenshot as we haven’t got explained the requirements to get them.

Finally, I do also wish good luck to the player that are aiming at getting all medals in Halo 5 as I don’t know how many of the secret medals that can be unlocked in matchmaking.

Some of them can actually be unlocked in multiplayer but aren’t still listed. Here are few of them.
- Grenade Launcher Kill (Warzone) - Ballsassination (Assault) - Gravity Hammer Kill (Warzone)

However, the medals I’m referring to are not listed by the medals in the Service Record. This is actually an image I managed to find from the page sources that are used for the medal images in the Service record.
