Secret Grunt and Siege of Madrigal

Who here believes that the Secret Grunt and the hidden Siege of Madrigal tune should be in Halo 4? I believe they should and that the Grunt will make it, but not the Siege of Madrigal, that is from Myth, a Bungie title, and unlikely to happen. God only knows how bad the fans ( I being one) will rant about that.

They are both really cool, but I don’t think it’ll be the end of the world if they aren’t there. We will have new easter eggs to look forward to, though.

Well, 343 kept the Siege of Madrigal easter egg in Halo CEA so I don’t see why the couldn’t have it in the future (though I doubt they’d put it in Halo 4).

The Siege of Madrigal has everything to do with Bungie/Marty O’Donnell/Myth, but nothing to do with Halo. 343 Industries would have absolutely no reason to do this. Hiding that easter egg was Marty’s thing. I’d say you ought to look forward to finding it in “Destiny”, not Halo 4.

Just for everyone who is ignorant to the origin of the Siege of Madrigal, it came from Myth: The Fallen Lords which is an earlier Bungie game.

They kept it due to it being an easter egg in Halo: Combat Evolved. They tried to keep everything that was a part of Halo: Combat Evolved intact; That includes the easter eggs. That in no way says they would put it in Halo 4.

We need more brave, cuddly soldiers like Mr. Thirsty, not that ugly -Yoink- on the last level of Halo 3. I always hesitate and let the Thirsty Grunt finish talking before punching him or just leaving while I always kill that freak on the last level of Halo 3.

The thing is, they removed all of the Marathon logos in the game, but they didn’t remove the song which I think is a bit wierd seeing as both these things are from older Bungie games.

But, I don’t think they’ll put it in Halo 4 or any future Halo games. They’ll make their own easter eggs and inside jokes.
