I was wondering, did they give a reason as to why it doesn’t show up anymore? I mean, it really doesn’t bug me that much, I just find it odd that they’d get rid of something that really never affected game-play all that much.

It could just be an unfinished HUD, but if it’s not in, it won’t be that big of a deal. It is a little odd that they’d remove it, but you should be able to remember what other weapon you’re holding, anyway.

See, that’s what I was thinking, but the games less then 2 months from launch. I don’t see how something as simple as the secondary weapon HUD icon still isn’t finished. And while yes, most of the time I will remember, I know that there will be that situation where I picked up some gun off the ground that had only 3 shots in it, switched to my primary, ran out of ammo, and tried to switch to my secondary thinking I have my spawn weapon, only to be killed because I forgot I picked up that other gun 2 minutes ago.
