Hey if you check out the mo-cap/cut-scene from comic-con, when the Chief is arguing with the captain guy, right at the end before you see Cortana go crazy, you can see another holographic entity on the table.
She looks kind of similar to the A.I. from Halo Wars.

The Infinity can’t be run by strictly humans…so of course there is an AI on there. Hell, there’s speculation that there are multiple AIs on board to coordinate the massive ship.

if any AI will be on the Infinity, it will be BB (Black Box). you’ll definitely notice him because he’s a box.
