You can clearly see a second structure or ship at 0:59 in the Halo 4 teaser trailer. Has anyone else noticed this?

Possible, but I highly doubt it.
The quality isn’t good enough to be sure, but I assume it’s just wreckage of Forward unto Dawn.

Idk man. It seems like something strange. Almost Easter egg like considering it doesn’t come into view until after chiefs feet come back. It seems very strange and possibly relevant to something cool. I never find anything like this and I happened to see it when I was trying to get a screen cap of the chief.
I looked at a high quality version of the trailer. It’s clearly part of the ship.
It part of the ship. There is debris flying everywhere.
Plus when the cam pulls back there is nothing there. And from the view of the metal thing its very close to the Forward unto Dawn.

The one I looked at is on my computer so, obviously can’t link to it but, as Math pointed out, the video you linked to is HD. Change it to 720p or 1080p for better results.
The camera does almost an entire 360 on the ship, its CLEARLY debris.

I’m aware of that. If you watched the video you would know that for 1080 it looks a bit crappy. That’s why I was asking for a better vid.

It kinda looks like a Imperail Star Destroyer from Star Wars.
But it’s most likely space debris from the ship the Chief is on.

The back of the object in the image looks like the back of the Destroyer. But it’s most likely space debris from the ship the Chief is on.

But I don’t think is one :s
It’s just the outer holders of Forward onto dawn… the ship already looks like it’s three joined into one, it’s nothing big… pic
Looks like debris to me, but I could be wrong.
the “bad quality” pic looked the same as the “better” pick but that’s just my opinion. And that image was probably just parts of the ship Chief was on.
