I have the Halo Guardian Limited Edition Xbox One Bundle. I was on the phone with microsoft support and they assured me that I need to speak with someone at 343. I have not received any of the exclusive content that I was promised with the bundle purchase. I entered my codes when I purchased the console upon its release in October and was advised by microsoft that content would download automatically as it became available. I have the Halo 5 game download, with no Warzone REQ Bundle that includes 14 premium Requisition Packs, FOTUS-class armor or multiplayer emblem. I do show that I have the animated series, but I can’t figure out how to access it. The microsoft support lady, Yvette, said that she can see where we redeemed the codes and xbox live shows that we should have the content but I definitely do not. I have been trying to get this resolved for some time. I only want what was advertised, and what I paid for. Please help me recover my DLC.

Sounds like a real problem. Unfortunately, you’ve come to the wrong place to address it. 343 doesn’t respond to stuff here, and the other users… well, how would you like to have arousing argument about sprit?

By sprit do you mean spirit and by spirit do you mean revenant cause that should really be put in halo 5
