Whenever I’m trying to set up an offline 2 player co-op campaign game, whenever i turn on a second controller, the game isn’t adding another player for the controller to use. I have already done basic troubleshooting for the game; I did a Quit/restart and power-cycled the console, neither worked. I have not downloaded any updates for the game on my own. Xbox support sent me here to get help with this and hopefully get a workaround. I would love some help/tips on how to make it work right. Thanks
When I go to offline multiplayer the additional controllers appear correctly.
Have you tried doing a software update for the controller, it sounds like the same problem we had a while ago.
