Hi guys, I have a trouble.
One day, I was started my game, when a legend shows me. It says; I dont have the license of the Mpack Pack, tell I must buy AGAIN the map pack or delate the Map Pack.
Nuy I hae the Limited Edition of Halo 4, I reddem the code the same day when i bought the game.
Please, help me!
You can either delete your system cache, or delete the map packs and redownload them. Just in case, redownloading them does not mean paying for them again.
I had the same problem before. Try these options:
Option 1: Restart Halo 4, then sign in once your in the game, if Option 1 fails, then…
Option 2: Download it again, by visiting xbox.com, go to Your Account, Download History, and located the WGMP. Once you find it, add it to Download Queue, and let it download to your xbox. Once completed start Halo 4, and see if you get the message. If a message does not appear, then its a success. If it doesn’t, try speaking to one of the Admins.
Thanks guys, before i tried erease and download again and doesnt works. I will try to erease the cache. I back to report my situation
