why i didnt got my seasonal req pack ?

I got the one a couple weeks ago with the Santa Spartan… was there suppose to be another one?

You should have received the Spartan Santa pack a while ago. If you are talking about the rank seasons:

> At the end of each Season, those who qualified in at least one playlist (by playing 10 placement matches in any ranked playlist) will earn an exclusive seasonal pack reward emblem, only available that Season.

I don’t believe this was applied to the “pre-season”. If I’m wrong please let me know because I didn’t get any and I ranked in all except a few weekend playlists

They didn’t issue anything for the pre-season. At the end of the first season (in January), they’ll award an emblem pack.

It’s the easiest thing in the world to earn those packs. Literally it’s “Sit through 10 games and you’re good”
