Through my own research, only after the issue happened to me, I realized there have been players for months now who get to Tier 99 no issue, but once they hit 100 they aren’t given the Season Point they need to unlock the last items. I looked at all the topics, read all the replies from other people including 343 staff members, and the majority of them say to submit a ticket, and that they’ll get back to me eventually. However, the issue I am now getting, is that the support system itself is refusing to work.
