On the options and career page the area where you go to spend season points is dimmed and says offline. I’ve tried the profile sign out and back in, restarted game and xbox, nothing seems to fix it. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Edit: Make sure yall submit a ticket to halo support, so they can get as much info too fix it

If everyone else is experiencing, they most likely will release the season 8 update today. That’s my only guess.

Not likely the season 8 update because the preflight for it is still going on right now my best guess is they are having problems on there end

If you click on the sidebar you’ll see a button that says support. Click on that, on the website go to one of the articles that say “July update notes” or like “known issues” something like that then scroll to the bottom and there should be a thing that says submit a ticket. Click that, and follow the steps given.

I think I’ve earned a few so 50/50, not totally sure. Make sure you fill out a ticket for it on the halo support site
