I’m having an issue where I’m not getting season points when I level up in the season 01 pass on Halo: The Master Chief Collection. My friend is my exact same level and has armor that I cannot get. I don’t understand. I just leveled up from doing one of the challenges and didn’t get anything. I quit my game, launched it, and still have nothing. I even tried getting on my Xbox One (I’m playing on Steam at the moment). It’s really concerning because I don’t want my account to be glitched or something. I don’t want to hit like level 100 and be 3-4 armors back.
Okay… so… After writing this, I alt+esc my chrome browser to go back to Halo, and I have a season point??? I’m really lost. I didn’t play a mission, or an online match or anything. Very weird.
Now the season pass says “Offline” and I can’t access it… I’m really confused. I’m gonna make another bug report I guess. This is really obnoxious.
Fixed the offline issue. Go to your profile icon next to the nameplate in the main menu, change profile, then sign back in.
