Can you be a bit more specific. Can you quote what exactly comes up on screen.
I bought the same version as you. Don’t worry, be sure you are writing it exactly as it come in the card. Another reason would be that you bought an used Halo 4 Game Of The Year Edition (think I don’t think you did it) and the previously user already entered those codes.
