Season Pass with Limited Edition?

Hey guys, I just saw the recent Halo4follower video about the season Pass.

In it he mentions that if you get the Season pass you’ll always get exclusive stuff such as helmets.

HOWEVER…

What’s the point of getting the Season Pass if you’re getting the Limited Edition? I mean the selling point for me with the LE is that it comes with all the Maps, but if those maps are coming with the Season Pass plus you also get another bonus, then whats the point of them arriving with the LE?

My question is really is this:

With the 3 Map Packs that are coming with the LE, will that actually be the Season Pass for the game or is it just the maps? If I wanted to get a season Pass (which I thought I was with the LE) Then I shouldn’t waste my money on LE and should instead get the standard Edition.

Could anyone clear this up for me please?

Season Pass isn’t for people who are already getting LE. It’s for the Standard Edition peeps and is like discount for dlc.

The Season Pass is just for the 3 future DLC map packs. The LE includes the Season Pass and a lot more stuff. I don’t think it’s confirmed yet if you’re getting those helmets with the LE as well.

Are you talking Spartan Ops season pass? If so then yes, that comes with the LE.

the season pass does come with the LE and they will get all the exclusives that it comes with but i am not sure how long the season pass will last

there is no such thing as a spartan ops season pass all spartan ops missions will be free with xbox live gold

This is the video I’m talking about (skip to 0:24) the stuff that H4Follower says about the Season Pass is making me question whether the LE is actually worth it.

And you are pretty much paying for the DLC in advance when you get the LE. SO just go with that.

The point of the Season Pass is for anyone getting the Console or the standard edition. There is no reason to get both. Also nothing about the Season Pass including Armour is remotely confirmed. As far as we can tell the Season Pass will ONLY give you map packs.

Also, like 90% of the stuff Halo4follower posts is bs, and gets disproven pretty quickly. He’s kind of an idiot. (This is the guy that took an OBVIOUS picture of an Elite in a Jungle and said “That looks like it might be some new enemy in the first level of Halo 4 maybe forerunners or prometheans”

it clearly states on this website that we get two exclusive helmets and an emblem

Op, can you be more specific when you say LE, cuz I can’t tell if you mean console or copy. If console, then I believe it does come with it.

The LE doesn’t only come with the season pass (which it does), it also has other content with it. If you buy the season pass separately with the standard edition, you’er only saving a little, not a lot.

Don’t trust Halo4Follower too much lol. Although I don’t hate anyone, that guy’s voice kind of annoys me.

yeah, If you want decent info and fast, subscribe to ready up lives greenskull. He gets his info straight from 343, it’s accurate and he’s actually a mod on this sight. Also if you want to know more of the speculation then ducain23 gets his info faster than most. Halo4Follower is often misinterpreting things Imo.

As for the actual topic: The LE includes the War games season pass, same as the other one sold seperately. You will be getting all the helmets that are in the season pass when they are released. The pass covers the three planned war games map packs. Possible Spartan ops or Forge map Dlc’s are not confirmed, and are not included in the pass (as they are not yet guarenteed to exist). Plus the LE adds additional unique in-game content, making it worth while.
