So i read that a season pass is to be included for halo 4, which would be an additional 25$ for regular and 10$ for LE.
My question is it a “One time” paty for pass for halo 4s lifespan, or do wee have to shell out 10$ every season? which if thats the case ill cancel my preorder right now, i can deal with a one time fee no problem, but to keep paying to play a game i own…im not cool with that.
AIt’s a multiplayer map pass. It provides two in-game helmets and three multiplayer map packs. There are no season passes in Halo 4.
The Season Pass is for the first three map packs, which are all going to be released before April 2013 (final one being released in April 2013).
We don’t know if there will be any Halo 4 DLC past then for Multiplayer, time will tell, thus we can’t answer your question.
There is a season pass for Halo 4, and it’s $25. It gives you access to the first 3 map packs for Halo 4 at a slightly discounted price (there are also some bonus helmets and a emblem, but that’s not important). You only pay once.
Buyers of the limited edition of Halo 4 get the map pass for free (included in the price of the LE)

ya the war games one was what i was confused about, thanks this was the first time i heard about it and nearly had a coniption fit, lol, they way the article made it sound was that it would be a season pass for war games that youd have to pay 10$ for , for season 1 and then 25 for seasons after that. I wasnt about to pay aditional to play war games when i already have gold and LE
WTH? Yea the map pass is completely optional. $25 gets you the three map packs just like COD elite or BF premium. The only thing you will have to pay for is Spartan Ops season 2 and beyond. First season is free, every other season will have a price

seasons? I think you may be confusing the war games Map Pass with Spartan Ops. Spartan Ops is free for the first season, but every season afterwards is yet to be discussed.
