Hi, im Katarn343 (As my Username says ._. lol). Anyway, i just have Two Questions about the Season Pass…
-
What’s the top use of the Season Pass, the reason why its important to have? Especially on the Limited Edition of Halo 4. The Season Pass will give you access to the maps early, or just have them paid? I mean, when you put the Season Pass code on November 6, are you going to automatically have those 9 maps on the Same day or you’ll have to Wait?
-
Will the Halo 4 Limited Edition pass going to be the same as the Downloable Season Pass? I mean, are you going to have the Strider and Scanner Helmet, and the Falcon Emblem?
Those are my Questions, maybe they are dumb, but im very exited for Halo 4 and i just want to have knowledge about that Stuff, i have been playing Halo since Halo 3 and im very Happy with the Direction Halo 4 is pointing to.
Cheers and Thank Ya’ll!
The pass gives you the next 3 map packs for cheaper then it would be if you purchased them separate.
The limited edition pass won’t have the helmets that come with the stand alone pass.
^ This.
You don’t get the Falcon emblem either in the Limited Edition.
The Map Pass (that comes with the Limited Edition as well) gives access to the maps that come out post-launch. You won’t get them day one.
It costs less than buying all the three packs separately (you don’t know what’s going to be in the single packs though), plus you get 2 exclusive helmets with the Pass.

The Map Pass allows users to get a discount of all the maps without the pass. Not only could it give you early access to the maps compared to others, but you will get 9 maps (3 maps each DLC).
When you activate the redeemed code: you will have unlocks (depending on which pass) e.g. Standard Pass will give you two extra helmets, the LE pass won’t. The DLC that contain maps will come out some time each, not all 3 map DLC’s at once.
The only difference between the two passes are:
Standard: Access to Nine Competitive Multiplayer Maps
(Three Future War Games Map Packs, Each Including Three Maps)
In-Game Scanner Helmet
In-Game Strider Helmet
In-Game Falcon Emblem.
Limited: Access to Nine Competitive Multiplayer Maps
(Three Future War Games Map Packs, Each Including Three Maps)
In-Game Falcon Emblem.
Those are the only differences between the passes. In my opinion: the standard Season Pass with two helmets isn’t worthit. Besides, the two helmets look really ugly in my opinion.
Hope this helped.
