Instead of having a playlist for one map pack at a time, why not either do a season pass playlist or pull a Halo 3 and have some playlists require all DLC. 
I would enjoy it.
They need to pull a Halo 3 or change the Majestic map pack playlist
A DLC playlist would be great.
A few reasons to why it is not the best idea.
1.Crimson was a big map pack for at least 6v6. Try getting 12 players on Skyline.
2.Most people hated Crimson and would only vote for Majestic or quit when Crimson came on.
3.I think I was pretty smart by waiting to see if the map packs were good. Therefore i didn’t have to waste my money on Crimson and only bought Majestic. Where do I play then?
4.Rotation works fine. Well that is as long as it is rotating…

What about Castle, I liked it more than Majestic.

That sounds like fun. Would remind me of the chaos that is Big Team Battle Creek from Halo CE.
And a DLC playlist or playlists would be awesome. I’d love to be able to play all the map packs, not just the most recent one.

I didn’t mention Castle because the majority of the people perfected Majestic as allot of people didn’t really care about the larger maps. Some people would have preferred smaller arena styled maps like Skyline. I never bought it because I played it at a friends house and decided it wasn’t worth spending any more money after buying Majestic. The city map was amazing though. I think its called Perdition (please correct me).

No your right, I would know. Perdition is my favourite Halo 4 map. Monolith is my second favourite.
