Not sure if this is the right place to post this. Is anyone else having issues with not being able to access the season pass to unlock the armor and with the XP Bar not showing at the end of MM Games? Everytime I go into Options and Career in Reach, the season pass says offline so I can’t unlock the rewards. I’m running Halo on Steam if anyone is wondering.
I’m having the same problem. It was offline temporarily yesterday then came back at random an hour later. Today though? It’s been stuck on offline. I can still earn XP and season points, but I can’t access the menu.
Don’t see anyone else talking about this, would love a solution asap.
I was having the same issue. Then i turned on Relays in network settings and restarted my game and it worked. Hope this helps

Update, it’s back to working again and hasn’t stopped since it came back a few days ago. Seems like this issue might have been a launch issue and is slowly fixing itself over the course of the following days.
I haven’t changed anything in my network settings, but my season 1 is back to working 100% perfectly. So I’m assuming it’s entirely on 343s end!
Guys did anyone fix this issue? My friends season pass says offline. And she cannot connect to any multiplayer game on halo.
mall other games work fine online.

The only thing you can do is wait for it to turn itself back on, unfortunately. Weeks after making this post I still had the issue sometimes and after waiting long enough it came back.
I am still having this issue? Is anyone else?
This started happening to me today.
and when I try to find a match made game it loads players and then as soon as we’re about to start the game it removes me and says restarting matchmaking…
