Hello,
I purchased the Halo Wars 2 ultimate edition and the season pass has not logged on my account as ‘owned’.
I have contacted Microsoft Support and have gone through steps to prove the console / hardware is not at fault. (case number 1375846595)
Is there a way to resolve this so I do not miss out on the season pass content?

Same problem. I contacted Microsoft Support through Twitter a couple days ago, but I’m not sure if they even have the knowledge or access to resolve the problem.
