Season pass - Not Token found

I bought an edition of the game of halo 4 of the year, but when entering the code of the season pass, the error “TokenNotfound” appears.
What steps do I have to take to activate the code?
From this prepaid card I have already redeemed 5 of the 6 codes they have, but this code I can not redeem

Is this an Xbox Live 25 character code you are trying to enter? If so, I would reach out to Xbox Live Support. They should be able to help you out with those kinds of problems
