I think they stopped adding any new reqs to the pool - including season emblems.
Yeah I thought it said something about 3 locked items would be unlocked - maybe they meant reqs not emblems - I have all reqs except a few specials so maybe just gave me extra boosts.
I think the Arena season emblems have been discontinued, which is sad because I’m missing most of them and they were only available during 2016

It wouldn’t really make any sense for them to let you unlock old season emblems imo.
