With Halo MCC Season 8 set to come out on October 13th 2021, can we still expect to see the Viewmodel Adjustments, Halo Combat Evolved Classic HUD and the Flood Firefight in the upcoming season? Or will 343 Industries save those for the next Halo Master Chief Collection updates in 2022?

I don’t do Twitter, or FaceBook or any of that type of Social Media at all. IMHO they suck! but thanks bud for the info on Season 8 release date. U Da Man!

I believe the View Model Adjustments and the CE Classic HUD are both coming. The last Friday Dev update on the Insider forum said the Flood Firefight is probably going to be added in Season 8 later as a patch its sounding like but not at release (probably before if there is going to be a “Season 9” battle pass), were still getting wave customization (like no spawning of enemies by dropship, sentinels spawning in but no Flood or Elites) in ODST Firefight.

I am starting to believe that 343 Industries will release the Flood Firefight in 2022. They’re gonna need a lot of time to fix the bugs and glitches in the Flood Firefight.
There’s honestly so much in this season I’m really excited for but the main things I’m really excited for is the view model adjustments and Halo 3 being added to cgb. The new icebox map as well was one of the two maps I wanted ported into mcc which I’m super stoked for.
