Am I the only one who is not a huge fan of the season 8 armor rewards? Yes, in general they look good and nice but it just doesn’t feel like Halo. I just am not really sure of the point of adding armor that is irrelevant to Halo. I would have much rather preferred some Halo 2A multiplayer armor or just cosmetics like weapon skins or tags. Thoughts?

Ehh, I’m not gonna say much other than I think most of us would have preferred a lot of things, but some of it looks neat, adding just the helmets to Reach however looks especially horrendous, and pads the season more than anything.

No, I agree. There is such a thing as immersion and believability in sci-fi, and these armour sets just feels completely out of place. But of course, that’s subjective. So to each their own.

I’m glad that we’ve finally gotten some armor that fits the Halo art style with Orion and Mirage, but it’s a big shame that it took them so long, with so many out of place armor pieces along the way. A full Orion and Mark V set for H3 would be nice.

I’m still mad they didn’t release the 6 remaining H:O sets, those were the ones that looked the best
here’s hoping they redo the exchange to remove all the FOMO and make XP actually mean something again.
