When does it end? I have stayed away from ranked because of the latency issues but since that seems to be fixed now I am going to try and get a rank in before it ends. So the question is. How much time do I have? 
Your guess is as good as mine. 343 havent mentioned anything but it may get delayed due to the horrible onyx csr bug. But then again 343 dont communicate much before they change things willy nilly so could even be 1st march!
