Okay. So hopefully other have completed the weekly event/narrative because let’s talk about it. The opening cinematic was awesome. Some of the positives for the opening : You’re own Spartan is in the cinematic, a bit of action/drama to grab your attention to where you wanna play and figure out how to help Spartan Dinh or if he’s gonna be killed by the invasive AI that has taken over. That there made me excited to see the out come and how things play out. Huge fan of their background and their armor cores.
The Negative (spoilers) : I may be jumping the gun here by talking about this but I’m gonna get it off my chest and I hope I’m wrong. Once finishing the event, you are taken into a cutscene for the Narrative. Let’s just say the short bland cutscene did not do it for me. After completing challenges, I was hoping to see a dramatic or thriller cinematic for Dinh and Eklund (She’s a badass Spartan in her own and would like to see more from her) but a cutscene of the Commander telling you things are fine and Dinh is in the infirmary and the AI roars to end the cinematic left me basically wondering “why”. Again I hope I’m overreacting. I hope there’s more to come out of these two “Wolves “.
