  • I’m going for a final ring in Last Spartan Standing

I forgot to include an option for the narrative event. If the first thing you’re going to do is join the wolf pack at the academy you’ll have to just comment it :sweat_smile:

Not sure yet. I might not jump on it right away because I just received my Steam Deck a day or two ago and I’m still playing with it.

I’ll probably run some BTB, since I’ve always been a fan of BTB.

I haven’t hopped off the hype train since Halo 2s release. I’ve been living here. It gets lonely sometimes.

Anywhoozle, I’m looking forward to whatever this cutscene event thing is. And then yeah, the new modes.

I’ll be playing for rewards I want, but beyond that, its going to be about a month of getting to 100, participate in event challenges like the Iron Eagle, partake in whatever store items I fancy, but then its back to Elden Ring and Kirby Forgotten Lands

I have finished Elden Ring and then moved onto Sekiro. Two beautifully immersive games.

Has left a bit of a hole so I’ve started DMC5 and am back to playing Infinite.

I feel like we will get the event automatic when we start up like Fortnite does at the start of a new season. If that isn’t the case I will also be firing that up first to watch it and get hype for season 2.

Can’t wait to get eliminated before the second circle of last man standing. Going to be wild playing on the big team maps. A final circle near the middle of Highpower will be amazing.

I bet we get a narrative event teaser when we launch the game. I’m hoping the full cutscene doesn’t play until we try and play the narrative event though.

1.5 hours to go and people are torn between being pumped for a new experience and pumped to hate on Halo. Sounds about right for the Halo Community :grin:

Appreciate the fun poll :grin: A bit of levity goes a long way!

I’m excited, overall. In the long run, I’ll be a lot happier when more PvE elements come into the game. I’ll be downright ecstatic if classic Firefight somehow makes a comeback. For now, I’m content just to have some more content to grind for and more reasons to play the game. Also excited for the core restrictions on customization to gradually evaporate! It’ll be fun configuring cool cross-core combos.

If you have a Series X and a wired connection the game mostly plays ok. If not, I probably wouldn’t put up with all the issues Infinite has either considering the volume of content that’s there.

A fresh battle pass is definitely going to be nice. I’ve enjoyed the time I’ve had trying to learn advanced map traversal routes since i finished the pass like 4 months ago, but it’ll be cool to start unlocking new armor pieces again!

Academy for sure. I originally played Halo for its plot, and I haven’t changed much.

Is campaign co-op coming today or a few days? I think it’s been delayed to mid-Season 2. Did that change again?

Yeah - co-op is supposed to be coming in August.
