The narrative event consisted of a couple of minutes of cinematic and a tie in, if you could call it that, to the Last Spartan Standing mode. The mode is an FFA Attrition with scalable load outs. Something I could have done with Custom or Forge. Complete with ultra-grindy challenges.
Didn’t even touch the new modes. I’ve played Domination, variations of the same thing.

It’s fun, but I’m not a free for all fan personally. I’ll probably just unlock the event items and maybe play occasionally.
Honestly Im impressed with what 343 can pull off. Buti would like to see the banished ai ontrolled in the future and usable as an ai like BUTLR. Also 343 realy likes cats because i cant see anything else but a red cat.

Ok buddy thats a bit much. Content is content and i like the mode. The weapons need a little change in what your given sure but its not a battle royal mode and king of the hill is fun too. The armor is dope as master cheifs and you get a skull for you shoulder. A SKULL
Nah, not really. The cosmetics look dope but highlighting this as a narrative event is a real stretch.
Yup. 343 loves forcing you into a mixed bag of game modes you may or may not want to play. It’s amazing they’re still doing this after ALLLLLL of the negative feedback around this nonsense
Maybe alpha pack will give us something playable? I was hoping for something more than a cutscene as well. Was dope to see my neon superfly Spartan in the cutscene tho hahahah

I dislike this elimination game mode but am trying to complete the challenges for it, which is painful. Does anyone know if we get more story content for doing the challenges? The cut scenes kind of made it sound like we have to play this to get the next part. Also seems like quitting (after losing my last life of course) doesn’t let challenges progress. I’ve read it takes until the match ends but i waited like 15 minutes and didn’t see progression.
In more positive feedback, i like story we got. The new customization options are for the most part cool. And i can’t wait to dive into the other new modes, I love the map based modes like KotH, but feel kind of railroaded into LSS by the temporary event, which is a bad feeling.
I’m liking what I’ve seen and played so far. Glad to finally have king of the hill back.

I kinda like season 2. Very disappointed to only have LSS on the new map. Thought they would have the other BTB maps in that mode. I was wrong. And I’m sad that they made the event challenges so bad.
You should see it with g2 esports armor.
I dont have problems besides desync but I think there should be a lss mode in arena because players are practically showered in sweat when I join.
Look at battle pass level 50. There’s a reason they skipped it in the preview video.
