I’m having lots of fun on Infinite, this updates will improve the overall Quality Of Life and new battle pass -

S1 had 4 events:
- Tenrai
- Winter Contingency
- Cyber Showdown
- Tactical Ops
WC and TO didn’t have event themed items in the store. All (or most) store items during those weeks have returned at least once.
Tenrai items have returned, but only during the 6 weeks of Tenrai. So you likely won’t see them again (or for a while) after S1 ends.
CS store items haven’t returned yet.
343 will have to address this for players who are late to the party years down the line. They can’t time gate the samurai armor forever.
Yes. This is my issue. The bundles I most want, Neon Superfly and Beat, possibly NOT repeating like everything else has. The week they were out I wanted them but it was a bad week and I missed it. Everything else is getting a second shot and I hope those do too, but not much time left.

They shouldn’t run Tenrai or Winter Contingency again. At least not in full. That’s probably a bit unfair to the players who have already done it.
And I have no problem with some items being exclusive to that time period. As long as there are more events / content continually being produced then it’s ok to have somethings locked out.
Or maybe weekend mini-events that give you a chance to catch up? That would be less disruptive / repetitive for those of us who are already struggling with six weeks of Tenrai. You could have a few free items to earn and the rest bundled in the stores for purchase.

I’d be fine with the event pass items being event time exclusive and maybe notnrerun, but stuff they put in the store should get at least one repeat like they are giving everything else.

That’s why I think, after an event is over (and weekly reward) they should go at the end of the seasons’ BP.
That way, if somebody didn’t get everything, they can continue to grind for it.

If only there were system that allowed players to continue to grind for missed season/event items after the season, with a set date on when those items will be temporarily available. If only there were a Halo game that already did this, so 343 could model Infinite off of it. You know, a game that excels at exposing new players to old content.

To be honest, I really wish they would. Time lock the Yoroi I mean. I personally think its the coolest core in the game for the time being, and would love it if years down the line some noob will see me in my samurai armor and be totally dumbfounded that the core existed at all. You know, have it be something of a premium season 1 cosmetic that could only be gotten if your one of the original players.
