I researched a lot to fix this but I couldn’t find a solution which worked. Ever since I downloaded MCC I can’t play online. It says season 0, offline in the main menu and when I try social matchmaking it says downloading matchmaking data constantly. I tried logging in and out of my xbox account but still won’t work. I also tried running in admin mode, it didn’t make any difference.
I think there is a way to delete the local game (save) data. Can you check where to clear this for MCC and delete the files in that dir and restart the game?
Its not related to save data nor would I wipe out my progress. For some reason Halo MCC does not connect from my region ever since the last update, using vpn works.
