why not just keep it like it was in Halo 3 where teams of 3 match teams of 3 or teams of 4 match teams of 4?

When playing in a team that team communicates because your in party chat or even game chat.
People DONT communicate when playing with other random people!
I think that not 1 single 343i employee has actually played competitive halo before.
