Spamming won’t help your cause. If you’re on satellite that’s probably the reason, but there are a couple of things you can try.

Power cycle your xbox one, to do this, press and hold the button on the front until it powers down. (switch your xbox to power saving mode for it to actually restart porperly every time you turn it off, otherwise it sits in a semi-conscious state which MCC doesn’t seem to like.)

Make sure you’re playing at a time when others would be playing, this would be 5pm onwards of an evening and there are always more people playing on friday nights and weekends.

If all else fails, restart the router too and double check the ports your forwarded are the right ones, you could also try forwarding port 16000 TCP/UCP.
