After being a lone wolf for so long, I think it’s time to mix things up a little. I would prefer an ODST style team but that’s not the most important thing.

I would like to join a group that doesn’t require me to change my armor, clantag, or emblem. While wanting to be part of a team, I still wish to be myself.

About me:

I do not play highly competitive playlists even though I play to win. I play mostly BTB and Ricochet but if the DLC playlists ever appear then I play those as well.

My primary set of skills goes towards being a support player. I enjoy defense in CTF very much. In Oddball, I never carry the ball myself (unless I need to get it away from the enemy team or if it’s just sitting there with no one around) but I always pass the ball to a team member while I’m able to shoot the enemy and defend the carrier.

I play with the DMR (and sometimes Carbine) and Plasma Pistol, I can be very anti-vehicle if I need to but I focus mostly on long range combat. Accuracy and precision is key to me.

I’m always a foot soldier but if I’m playing BTB CTF and my flag carrier needs a lift then I’ll be in a vehicle immediately.

I don’t use callouts due to me dropping the highly competitive aspect of my gameplay but I still believe team communication is a valuable asset on the battlefield, same with team positioning.

Team oriented but I’ve been having to lone wolf online because nobody plays like a team anymore in Halo.

Winning over getting kills.

-Restrictions:

I can never be online at a specific hour or a specific time due to family issues, school, and work so my online time is highly random unfortunately.

This isn’t something I can work on like a career since life outside gaming can be complicated at times thanks to the US economy.

That is all. If a clan leader is reading this and is recruiting players like me then I’m definitely interested in joining. I do have a working mic.

I’m a member of Midland Base, and we’re a casual Halo gaming community (also soon to support Destiny) that revolves around having fun and enjoying the game the way it was meant to be played. All of our members are highly respectful of each other (trash talking, among other forms of disrespect are grounds for a ban), and we’re home to both skilled players as well as less skilled players. We have our own forums, and gamenight three times a week over two days (classic Saturdays is usually on Reach, but sometimes on Halo 3). We don’t require any change of armor, gamertag, or emblem (although many of us choose to use the same emblem). We have our own Grifball team that plays in the GGL league (currently all slots are full though), and we have recently been doing weekly Spartan Ops and Halo Reach and 4 campaign challenges. Our only requirement as far as activity is concerned is that each member makes 8 posts per month on our forums to indicate that they are still active.
